Hot Topics in Insurance Coverage CLE

The Insurance Coverage & Regulation Attorneys of Barclay Damon will be hosting a CLE seminar via videoconference on:

Thursday November 12, 2015 Noon-1:00 p.m. hosted in our offices located in Albany, Boston, Buffalo, Elmira, New York City, Rochester or Syracuse.

Program Summary:

  • Brief Overview: Anatomy of an Insurance Policy
  • Providing Insurers with Proper and Timely Notice of a Claim and/or Incident (occurrence vs. claims made policies)
  • Contractual Indemnification and Additional Insured coverage (including Certificates of Insurance)
  • Insurance coverage for Cyber Liability
