Our Albany Office is located in Downtown Albany at 50 Beaver Street, fifth floor, between South Pearl and Green Streets. Parking is available in several garages or parking lots in the surrounding area.

From South or West on the NYS Thruway (87):
Take Exit 23 (Downtown Albany) and proceed straight ahead to 787 North. Take the US-9 N/20 West exit – Exit 4 (Downtown Albany) – keep right at the fork in the ramp. Follow along river for 1/4 mile to light and turn left onto Broadway. Bear right on Broadway (North) to red light - turn left onto Hudson Ave. At 2nd light, turn right onto South Pearl Street and proceed one block. Make a right onto Beaver Street. Offices are located in the first building around the corner.

From North on I-87 (Northway):
Take the Northway south to Exit 1, follow signs to I-90 East and proceed east (approx. 10 miles) to 787 South. Follow 787 south to exit for Route 20 West/Madison Ave. Proceed straight ahead from light at exit and go two blocks on Madison Ave. to South Pearl Street. Turn right at light and proceed three blocks to Beaver Street, make a right. Offices are located in the first building around the corner.

From East on I-90:
Take I-90 West to 787 South. Follow 787 South to exit for Route 20 West/Madison Ave. Proceed straight ahead from light at exit and go two blocks on Madison Ave. (Route 20) to South Pearl Street. Turn right at light and proceed three blocks to Beaver Street, make a right. Offices are located in the first building around the corner.

From Albany County Airport:
Exit airport parking area bearing left onto Route 155. Look for signs for 87 South (Northway) and take right onto 87 South. Take the Northway south to Exit 1, follow signs to I-90 East and proceed east (approx. 10 miles) to 787 South. Follow 787 south to exit for Route 20 West/Madison Ave. Proceed straight ahead from light at exit and go two blocks on Madison Ave. to South Pearl Street. Turn right at light and proceed three blocks to Beaver Street, make a right. Offices are located in the first building around the corner.

Parking may be found in the public garage adjacent to our office building. Access the garage by traveling past 50 Beaver Street to the stop sign. Turn right and enter the public garage. If garage is full, continue to the intersection of Green and Hudson Streets, take a right and park in the public lot on your left. When you enter the 50 Beaver Street lobby, take the elevator to our offices on the 5th floor.
