Hiscock & Barclay, LLP Syracuse Partner, Robert Barrer, spoke on ethical behavior for attorneys at the 2012 Association of Towns of the State of New York’s Annual Meeting and Training School in New York, NY on Monday, February 20, 2012. His presentation addressed civility and professionalism as a complement to Article 18 of the New York General Municipal Law (GML).
Barrer focuses his practice in the areas of complex commercial and tort litigation and ethics and professional responsibility. He has extensive trial and appellate experience in the state and federal courts and was elected as a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates.
