Hiscock & Barclay, LLP Attorney Eric W. Schultz recently spoke on U.S. Immigration Legal Issues and Opportunities for Exporting and Expanding into the U.S. Market on June 15, 2010 in Sarnia, Ontario, Canada at a seminar sponsored by the Ontario Ministry of Economic Development and Trade. Schultz, who practices from the Firm’s Buffalo office, is the newly-elected Chair of the Upstate New York Chapter for the American Immigration Lawyers Association for the 2010-2011 term. The Chapter covers all of New York State north of Westchester County.

Schultz focuses his practice on U.S. Immigration and Nationality Law, with a concentration in Immigration Litigation, family-based immigration issues, representation of U.S. and foreign business entities looking to secure the proper immigration status to either establish new business operations or employ non-U.S. citizen personnel, and professional sports.
