Hiscock & Barclay attorney Richard J. Paul will be participating in a panel discussion on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act on May 24 at 3:45 p.m. at the Sheraton Syracuse University as part of the International Trade Panel for the Small Business Development Center’s Staff Conference and Training seminar “Removing the Obstacles to Exporting.” The Small Business Development Center, located at Onondaga Community College, is one of 25 offices statewide that provides free counseling to start up and existing businesses. Virginia Smith of the Small Business Administration, John Tracy of the Department of Commerce, and John McNeely of Hi-Lite Markings, Inc. were also part of the panel presentation.
