Ms. D’Antonio combines business experience with an understanding of the legal and compliance issues involved in transactions to provide clients with assistance in their real estate and business development projects.
Her experience with commercial real estate is expansive and includes assisting, among others, commercial, industrial, manufacturing, and municipal clients with acquisitions, leasing, financing, and economic benefit transactions. These transactions include traditional, construction, and leasehold financing transactions, both securitized and non securitized; lease negotiations on behalf of landlords and tenants for a variety of uses including retail, office, telecommunications, warehouse, and manufacturing; negotiations of license agreements; appearances before Industrial Development Agencies (IDA) and negotiations of related IDA agreements, including payment in lieu of taxes (PILOT) agreements.
Ms. D’Antonio also has experience assisting municipal clients involving the administration of the Empire Zones Program at the county level.

- Properly structured lease amendments to allow for realization of benefits available under the Empire Zones Program
- Collaborated with the New York State Attorney General’s Office to ensure compliance with regulations for establishing a condominium project

- Involved in the negotiation of documents relative to IDA benefits
- Works closely with clients on other development issues such as subdivision, zoning, and general municipal code compliance
