Nancy Testani has over 30 years of experience in government and the utility business, spending the last 20 years in various executive positions with one of the largest providers of electric and natural gas in the Northeast. For the last 12 years, Ms. Testani served as Chief Relationship Officer and was responsible for state and regulatory affairs. She was one of the primary utility negotiators with the regulatory body in the Competitive Markets, Unbundling and RPS proceedings before the New York State Department of Public Services. Ms. Testani was involved in all regulatory proceedings and rate cases affecting the company and has a strong knowledge and understanding of the regulatory process as well as utility ratemaking and tariffs. She was one of the lead negotiators and lobbyist for the merger between an electric and gas utility and its overseas-based parent company. Ms. Testani has a long-term relationship with political, government and regulatory officials in New York State and Washington, D.C.
