Mr. Easterly has worked in the energy and utilities industry for more than 30 years, specializing in property taxation, valuation and land management. His years of experience in all aspects of civil engineering has provided him with a unique viewpoint in the valuation of generation facilities. Mr. Easterly is the former Manager of Real Property for Brookfield Power, where he was responsible for the management, review, assessment reduction, negotiations, grievances and litigation involved with the 400+ parcels of property associated with the 88 hydro facilities in New York and eight surrounding states.
