Mr. Peroff is a veteran of the intellectual property field practicing in the areas of domestic and global trademark, trade dress, copyright, false advertising, unfair competition, rights of privacy and publicity, parody, media and Internet-related matters. He represents clients before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office and Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, advising clients that range from multinational companies to not-for-profit organizations to entrepreneurs, spanning practically every field of commerce. Mr. Peroff is Co-Chair of the Firm’s Intellectual Property & Technology Practice Area. He is also a founding partner of Trademark & Patent Counselors of America, P.C. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Peroff was an Examiner with the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.
